- The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally competent. The customer must provide the contact details of the arriving guests.
- The rental property may only be used by the number of people specified in the property description as the number of sleeping places or as agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Any parties or other events that temporarily exceed the specified number of guests must be agreed upon in advance with the owner.
- The rental property may not be left to or transferred for use by a third party.
- The use of tents, caravans, motorhomes, hot tubs, or similar equipment on the property is prohibited without the owner’s permission.
- Bringing a pet to the rental property must be agreed upon when making the reservation, and the type of pet must be specified. A pet incurs an additional cleaning fee of 20%.
- Charging an electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid and the costs incurred must be agreed upon separately with the property owner when booking.
- All remarks and complaints related to the rental property must be reported immediately upon their occurrence and during the reservation period directly to the property owner. If the customer does not report any issues immediately during the rental period, the property is considered to be in the agreed condition. Issues reported after the rental period cannot be rectified, and the owner is not liable for compensation.
- The landlord is not responsible for any inconveniences or costs caused to the customer by natural conditions such as insects, animals, road conditions, snowfall, or weather changes.
- A cancellation must always be made in writing.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the owner does not have the right to increase or decrease the accommodation price. An exception to this is changes in taxes and other public charges that could not be considered when issuing the booking confirmation. If the total accommodation price increases by more than 10%, the guest must be informed immediately after the price increase takes effect. In this case, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation without cost.
- If the customer interrupts their stay and leaves the rental property before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time, nor is the customer entitled to a refund.
- The guest is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary valid documents required for their stay, such as a valid ID, fishing permits, and other similar documents. The owner is not responsible for any voluntary travel insurance needed by the guest. The guest is responsible for their own insurance coverage and its adequacy.
- The guest is responsible for cleaning the rental property during their stay unless they have specifically purchased a cleaning service. Reasonable maintenance duties remain the guest’s responsibility in any case. A cleaning fee, covering approximately 1–2 hours of work depending on the property, is included in the reservation. If the required cleaning time clearly exceeds this and the property is left in an untidy condition, an additional cleaning fee of €45 per hour (including 25.5% VAT) will be charged, and we will try to agree on this in advance.
- A booking fee must be paid within a week of making the reservation. This fee is €150 for weekly rentals and €100 for weekend rentals. The final payment must be made 14 days before arrival.
- If the reservation is canceled later than 14 days before the start of the rental period or during the rental period, no payments made by the customer will be refunded.
- If the customer cancels the reservation, the booking fee will not be refunded.
- If the rental property is not taken into use or is taken into use late, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the rent.
- The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the rental property. Any damage must be reported immediately to the owner, and broken items should be placed in a bag so that the owner can see what has been damaged. The customer is required to compensate for any damage they cause. Lost items will be charged at their fair market value.
